Carolyn, Girls Against Gluten

unnamedSeveral years ago Carolyn was diagnosed with Celiac disease, a genetic autoimmune disorder that causes damage to the intestines when gluten is consumed. Carolyn also was diagnosed with food allergies to tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame. Dining out with friends and family became SO much more difficult. Carolyn focused her time on understanding the right questions to ask restaurants and brands to keep herself safe and wants to share with the Girls Against Gluten community. Girls Against Gluten aims to provide knowledge and support to the gluten free and allergy community through restaurant, product and recipe reviews. Join the movement!

Please note: All restaurant menus, ingredients and kitchen practices are subject to change! If you have Celiac disease or a severe allergy always be sure to notify the restaurant.
