Attending sporting events and concerts with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity at Madison Square Garden is easy. If you are gluten free then Madison Square Garden has you covered! There is a stand in section 112 called “Healthy at the Garden”. They sell and serve gluten free Redbridge beer, cheeseburgers and hot dogs. Last time I was there they only served gluten free to avoid cross-contamination.
Make sure you check also check out the places in the area of Madison Square Garden to grab some gluten free food before or after an event:
These are some of my favorites:
Friedmans – A cute diner atmosphere with the most delicious gluten free food. They serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks! My favorite comfort food from here is the gluten free chicken and waffles. There are multiple locations around the city around Madison Square Garden, Hells Kitchen, Chelsea and The Theater District. Friedmans is an 8 minute walk from Madison Square Garden.

Pennsylvania 6 – This restaurant is right next to Friedmans. They have great gluten free brunch options, pasta, pizza, burgers, sandwiches and wings. Pennsylvania 6 is an 8 minute walk from Madison Square Garden.
Baked by Melissa – Delicious gluten free cupcakes that are prepared to avoid cross contamination. They are prepackaged in containers so they do not touch any others. Baked by Melissa is a 7 minute walk from Madison Square Garden.
