Seriously, this pizza is so easy to make. I found this mix at Weis Market in their gluten free section. The brand is called Full Circle. I have honestly never heard of the brand before so I did some digging. It seems like it is a store brand, but makes healthy and organic foods. They make a bunch of gluten free snacks, organic fruits, veggies, herbs, seafood, milk and even cleaning supplies.
Their prices at Weis seemed lower than most organic and “better for you” foods and just slightly higher than the regular brands. I am so used to being forced into paying way too much for food because of my dietary restrictions so it was definitely nice to find something reasonably priced.
The best part about it is the allergen statement. It says, “Made in a dedicated facility free of gluten, wheat, soy, corn, potato, peanut, tree nuts and milk.” Absolutely amazing.
All you need is 1 1/2 cup of the pizza crust mix, 1 1/4 cup of water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix, beat and spread out onto a pizza pan. Bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 450° and then add toppings. Bake another 15 minutes and then you have delicious gluten, soy, nut free pizza!
We added some tomato and garlic sauce on both of our pies along with fresh mozzarella on one and shredded mozzarella on the other. Both were obviously great!
